All members are asked to be aware that the rear glass-back court number seven is allocated for use by the Club Coach (Mark Waldin) between the hours of 4.00pm and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Mark plans his coaching sessions to start on the hour, e.g. 4.00pm, 5.00pm, 6.00pm and if he does not have a session booked then the court is available for use. In this situation players are asked to check on the hour before utilising the court - if it is vacant at 5 minutes past the hour then it is free for use through until the next hour mark. For example, if the court is free at 5.05pm, then players may use the court up until 6.00pm when the next coaching session is due to begin.
As Mark's sessions usually run for about 45 minutes there is a period between sessions when the court may be empty. If players opt to 'jump' onto the court during this vacant period please be aware that Mark is within his rights to ask you to vacate the court at the top of the hour.
It is imperative that Mark be given the courtesy of court availability in order for the Club to maintain a high level coaching facility and all members are asked to respect the rules regarding this.
